clean and organized room, friendly cleaning crew, close proximity to the airport

No hot water during my stay!!! The experience was further dampened by the lack of elevators, making it a struggle for guests with mobility issues. Consider adding better heating options to combat unpleasant temperatures!!!

However, the cleanliness was a major issue. the sheets were dirty, and the staff took a long time to provide replacements. Additionally, towels seemed unwashed, contributing to the overall lack of hygiene in the room.

The room was okay, but it could’ve been cleaner. The sheets were dirty, and it seemed like they didn’t wash them between guests. The beds were comfy, but they lacked a good deep clean. It felt like they rushed it. The staff was slow to respond for fresh towels and sheets too.
